Welcome
Your first experience on the properties we represent will be a 3 day 2-night stay at our Guest House. If on the optional 4 day Discovery tour, we will also provide lodging on the day of your arrival into San Jose. We ask that if you do find your ideal home site on our tour you be in the position to make a decision on purchasing.
Getting to our properties
We will prepare for your arrival and confirm with you all of your reservations including your commuter flight from the capital of Costa Rica, San Jose to our area in Palmar Sur. When you arrive in Palmar Sur a member of our staff will meet you there. You are responsible for all travel expenses to Costa Rica and our properties. A valid passport that will not expire within 90 days of arrival is required for travel. If you are on a Discovery Tour, your transportation from San Jose to our guest house and your return to San Jose are included in the price of the visit.
Please be prepared
To reserve a property of your choice a 10% deposit is required. We regret that no properties can be reserved without a deposit and we respectfully request that you bring your checkbook to avoid disappointment.
