Sample Country/Property Tour Itinerary

 

The price of the tour is $2000 per couple in a shared room or $1500 per single in a single room.  Think of it as a deposit applied to the purchase price of any home site in our development.  You can think of it as a fee but it acts as a deposit if you decide to purchase.  We give you at total of $1500 off the purchase price of any one home site in our developments on our ten day tour.  Buy and Fly Free.... 

Day 1: We will be at the airport to pick you up and take you to the Hotel Martino in Alajuela. The hotel has a spa, gym, restaurant, casino and is across the street from Zoo Ave (the Bird Zoo) which is open from 9 - 5 http://www.hotelmartino.com/.

Day 2: Trip to Volcano Poas http://costa-rica-guide.com/parks/poas.htm (if the weather is clear) and then to La Paz Waterfall Gardens http://www.waterfallgardens.com/. Staying another night at Hotel Martino.

Day 3: Leaving for Manuel Antonio in the morning driving through Jaco stopping at a grocery store and bathroom break and staying at http://www.costaverde.net/ We typically have lunch at the Marlin Restaurant by the beach and we may watch sunset from the Hotel La Mariposa http://www.hotelmariposa.com/ and there are numerous excellent restaurants for dinner.

Day 4: Visiting Manuel Antonio National Park beach in the morning, walking on hiking trails, seeing lots of animals. Or, sport fishing with http://www.lunatours.net/. (Sport fishing is optional and at additional cost $$$) Costa Verde for another night. The hotel has several tours available including ziplines.

Day 5: Leaving for Dominical in the morning. Staying at http://www.villasriomar.com/. Zip line tour in the afternoon at Hacienda Baru http://www.haciendabaru.com/. Swimming in a local waterfall. Dinner at ConFusion or wherever you want.

Day 6: Arriving at the guest house for lunch. Touring homes in the afternoon. Staying at guest house. To see guest house itinerary click here

Day 7: Touring available lots and area. Staying at guest house.

Day 8: Leaving guest house after breakfast and going to Buena Vista http://www.elbuenavista.com/ Going to Sierpe for a leisurely river tour. Lunch in Ojochal at Citrus and gourmet dinner at Cafe Exotica.

Day 9: . Leaving in the morning for the Orosi Valley. Staying at the Sanchiri Lodge and touring the Orosi Valley http://www.sanchiri.com/.

Day 10: Leaving in the morning for the airport.

One important note I should mention is about the size of our project, demand to visit and the limitations of our staff. We are not a 40 hectare project that you can visit it a half hour.  Our developments cover over 3200 acres, in 15 phases. We regularly turn away people who call us last minute and want to "stop by".  Our guest house staff works very hard and we are very busy at this time of year, especially with the holidays. Since our project requires a lot of time to fully view and understand, it is helpful to give us as much notice as possible so that we can prepare for your arrival and have a Property Guide available.
