Costa Rica Tour: Join us for our upcoming realtor discovery tour scheduled March 9-13. If you are a realtor, we are encouraging each realtor to bring at least one client with them, the more the merrier. We will start in San Jose on the 9th, arriving around noon. We'll then head straight down to Pacific Lots in the beautiful southern Pacific region, where we will spend two days touring our developments and a third day touring the village and surrounding area around Ojochal and Uvita. The tour will give clients a chance to tour houses, see available home sites and see what life is like in this part of the world. Sheila Yale and I have been busy planning this one so don't miss it. Remember the purpose of this tour is to sell property and get clients on location. It is not intended to be a "vacation". The fee is being supplemented by myself and the developer. I hope you understand that this is what we do for a living.

- Day one: fly to San Jose, Costa Rica. We will be met outside of arrivals by four wheel drive vans which will have light snacks and drinks for the ride down south. This ride will be along the stunningly beautiful highway, which, by the way, is now fully paved!! That night we will have a gourmet dinner and stay in the guesthouse at the property: http://www.pacificlots.com/.
- Day two: tour land for sale and see completed homes, too. Have all meals and stay in the guesthouse overnight again.
- Day three: see surrounding area, including new hospital, regional airport and cleared land which will have the new International airport, shops, woodshop for the developer (the largest one in Costa Rica!), restaurants, beach. This night we will stay at a local hotel.
- Day four: return to the properties for those who wish or take a boat ride or swim in a waterfall. In the afternoon drive to San Jose and stay at the Hotel Resort Martino. Dinner will be at the hotel, they have a great restaurant.
- Day five: Return back to the airport for your trip home.... We will be flying in and out of the Juan Santa Maria Arport in San Jose, Costa Rica. The airport code is SJO. Anyone on the tour must have a current passport that will not expire before November 2010.
- The dates will be March 9-13 and space is limited. Price will be $250 per person plus airfare. At the guesthouse, people will be in shared rooms but single rooms are available for a $100 supplement per person. All meals and adult beverages will be included at the guesthouse. Also the local hotel and the one in San Jose will be included in the price along with transportation. You will pay for your meals when not at the guesthouse. The only criteria for this trip would be that each realtor coming will have to bring at least one client. That client would pay the same amount..

Note: If anyone buys, they will have $250 taken off the price of a lot (Remember they start at $40,000!!) coupled with $1,000 also taken off the lot price to offset their travel expenses..There will be a 5% discount on non-financed (cash or IRA) purchases. If anyone buys, the realtor who brought the buyer would get their $250 reimbursed on top of the $1,000 credit to the buyer. If it is a realtor who buys, there will be $1,000 travel credit plus the $250 that they paid off the lot. Here's the best part........3% commission...you do NOTHING except bring the client..Pacific Lots will write the contract and do all of the follow-up. They can set up a bank account for them in CR and also set-up a corporation for them, too...AND everyone is happy and will have a guaranteed wonderful time in COSTA RICA!!!!!!!!!!!!!
