## Client Visit Application - Use to automatically submit your Discovery Property tour Application to us

- **Please Read the text below before signing up for a tour**
- **Fill out the entire form, be sure to specify the dates you want to tour, 4 days and 3 nights.**
- **If a section is non applicable, put an X in the box.**
- **Don't book airfare until we have confirmed back to you.  **
- **We hold no spots without a completed form and many tours sell out.**
- **The cost of the tour is $399 per tour, either single or double occupancy, for our 4 day 3 night Discovery Tours. **
- **·Single or double occupancy.  
  ·Flight Tickets are not included.  
  ·Reservations are subjected to availability.  
  ·Our previous developments in Cancun, Tulum, Playa Del Carmen  
  or Merida areas, depending on what area you want to tour.  
  ·Airport transfers: Cancun Airport – Playa del Carmen or Tulum – Cancun Airport.  
  ·Simca Corporate Office.  
  ·A session to demonstrate the ROI projections of your purchase.  
  ·Buying Process in Mexico.  
  ·3 night / 4 day in a condo managed by Happy Address.  
  ·Lunch in Playa Del Carmen downtown - Mexican Cusine.  
  ·Property and Area Tour.  
  ·Happy Address Property and Rental Management Programs.  
  ·Private session with a SIMCA property advisor.**
