Costa Rica and Panama tour July 5 - July 14
The cost of the tour is $3000 per couple or $1,800 per single in a single room. The tour includes all entry fees, all transportation within Costa Rica, all lodging, all meals except two lunches and two dinners, all national park fees and even airport transfers.
July 5: We have you take a taxi from the airport to the hotel Martino, the hotel will pay for the taxi when you arrive. If you arrive early in the day you can go to the zoo across the street from the hotel (at your own expense) and meals are on you that day since guests will be arriving at all different times of the day.

July 6: 8 am trip to Volcano Poas http://costa-rica-guide.com/parks/poas.htm (if the weather is clear) and then to La Paz Waterfall Gardens www.waterfallgardens.com. Staying another night at the Hotel Martino
July 7: We’ll start the day with a quick city tour through San Jose and then leaving for Manuel Antonio early morning and staying at http://www.costaverde.net We’ll watch sunset from the Hotel La Mariposa www.hotelmariposa.com and dinner will be wherever you want. The hotel has several tours available including zip-lines but most of us will go to the main beach that day.
July 8: Visiting Manuel Antonio National Park in the morning http://www.fodors.com/news/story_1320.html beach, hiking trails, lots of animals.
We will be heading to the Hotel Villas Gaia in Dominical later that day. www.villasgaia.com
July 9: We will be touring the area around Dominical and Matapalo, we’ll likely go to the Paz Azul waterfalls and swim and also go to the Dominical beach to see the outdoor marketplace and surfers. We'll be visiting the Hacienda Barú Nature Reserve with optional zip line tour for those who dare and lunch at Maracatu. We may also do a mangrove tour. Staying at the Villas Gaia Hotel and optional real estate tour in Dominical later in the day.
July 10: In the morning we will be will be going on a river cruise on the Sierpe River to see birds, animals, flora and fauna. We will have lunch at a local chicken and Tilapia farm and visit (optionally swim in) the El Pavon waterfall. We’ll be staying that night at our guest house in Ojochal and viewing some lots that afternoon as well as a finished home and "meet the neighbors" opportunity.
July 11: We head to the border of Panama, spend a bit of time at the duty free zone and then head on to David where we will spend the night at the Grand Nacional Hotel and Casino.
July 12: We’ll visit El Valle and stay the night at Los Mandarinos Boutique Spa and Hotel. We'll visit Playa Blanca or Pedasi and take a look at some Panama real estate offerings. -
July 13: We are staying at the Gamboa Rain Forest Resort – We'll visit the Panama Canal, Casco Viejo and the Fish Market among other things.
July 14: Property tour of Panama City condos in the morning and providing transport to the airport, PTY airport code, Optional lodging in Panama City at the Hyatt Place for those who want to stay in Panama City another night,
