• Fill out the entire form
• If a section is non applicable, put an X in the box.
• Don't book airfare until we have confirmed back to you.  You need to arrive on the first day of the tour and the departing flight after the tour can't be before 6:00 pm on the last day of the tour.
• We hold no spots without a completed form and many tours sell out.
• The cost of the tour is $399 per person for our 4 day 3 night Discovery Tours.

  ·Reservations are subjected to availability.
  ·Airport transfers: San Jose airport to Hotel Martino, Guest House to San Jose airport of hotel of your choice
  ·1 Night lodging at the Martino Resort on the day of arrival
  ·2 nights lodging at our guest house in Ojochal
  ·All Meals except on day of arrival and when in the van.
  ·Property and area tours
