We offer our 4 day Discovery Property Tours at various times throughout the year. We generally limit these tours to 12 people total, a mix of couples and singles. These tours provide a good opportunity to view our projects, experience the climate and get a good overview of our projects in Costa Rica. The cost of the tour is $299 per person. If you do decide to purchase property in our developments, we also give you a $1000 credit toward the purchase to offset your travel expenses. Your piece of paradise is waiting for you. Tour itinerary

Day 1) Upon your arrival in Costa Rica our staff will be waiting for you at the San Jose (SJO) airport and transport you to the Hotel Martino http://www.hotelmartino.com/.

The Hotel Martino has an excellent restaurant, a beautiful bar, a spa and gym, walking trails, wireless Internet as well as guest Internet computers and is located across the street from the bird zoo. Guests will be arriving throughout the day so this day will allow you to relax and enjoy the resort.

Day 2) The following morning after breakfast (included) we will transport you to the Southern Pacific region and the development we represent. This is a 3 hour drive with stops along the way for bathroom breaks. Depending on the size of our group, we travel in a luxury 14 passenger van, a 28 passenger Bus or in Mitsubishi Monteros.

When we arrive at our guest house you will be assigned a room. You will also receive a complete price list of available home sites as well as information about owning property in Costa Rica. You may have time for a quick dip in the pool and a chance to mingle with your tour mates before lunch. We'll then serve a hearty lunch of natural ingredients (let us know of any special dietary requirements) before heading off for an afternoon tour, with emphasis today on examples of custom homes, construction methods and ideas on how to work with the natural contour of the land. We'll visit a variety of fine homes as well as see samples of the various styles of houses we've built. Lot sizes vary from estate sized multiple acre lots to higher density developments with neighbors nearby. Some lots will have ocean views, some will have mountain views, some with have both. We also have some river view lots available. Lot prices vary depending on the view more than the size. The tour this day is to let you see how we build on a variety of contours of land. It will also be your chance to witness life as it should be.

We'll return to the guest house with time to relax before dinner, take a swim or just enjoy the fantastic ocean views. A gourmet dinner will be served and you'll have the rest of the evening to relax and enjoy the setting and the company, watch TV, read or perhaps play pool. Wireless Internet is available and we also have a Vonage phone so you can make free international calls as well. Beer, wine, natural juices and soda is included throughout your stay at the guest house.

Day 3) You'll wake to the sounds of nature before joining the group for a delicious natural breakfast. Today we'll tour available home sites in Ojochal, Tres Rios and Chontales in a variety of our phases as well as any lots that have been pre-reserved by members of our group. We'll be visiting a variety of ocean and mountain view home sites. We'll tour through various phases within our developments. We'll experience tropical landscapes in natural surroundings in harmony with the local environment. Some of our group will walk some of these sites to see the view from the best perspective. We'll also tour our wood shop where we make all of our custom windows, doors and cabinets and also get a look at the new 18 hole golf course opening early next year next to our wood shop. We'll have a chance to pass by the Hospital De Osa, a new 80 bed facility that opened in February 2009.

Upon return to the guest house, you can take a swim or just relax in our huge covered gazebo. After another delicious meal, you can opt to continue to tour our lots, take a tour of Ojochal; the beaches, area restaurants and a local shopping center or just relax by the pool if you prefer.

After another epicurean dinner experience, you'll spend the evening swimming, playing games, watching tv or just relaxing while mingling with others in your group. Those interested in purchase will have time to discuss details with our staff. A casual evening will end day three.

Day 4) You will begin the day with a tasty breakfast of eggs, fresh fruits, juices and homemade breads. After breakfast we'll load up the luggage and head back to San Jose and should arrive by 1:00 pm. If your flight home is not until the following day we can arrange for you to stay at a hotel near the airport for around $100 that offers airport transportation.

We provide you with a price list of available lots upon arrival and let you be the judge of the value. No sales pitch or presentation will be made at any time during your stay. We need no sales presentation since our property sells itself. When you see the beauty of the area, the magnificent views, the infrastructure provided to each lot, the exceptional value and the homes we've built for existing customers, you'll understand why our property sells so quickly. Our custom home building service is unmatched and an incredible value. If after reviewing our properties, you are interested in purchasing, someone will be available to assist you with the details. If not, no problems. We realize that our properties are not for everyone.

Be Prepared. Bring your checkbook since each phase of our developments has sold out quickly and lots available today may not be available by the time you return home. We don't hold lots without a deposit.

Remember that if you purchase a lot during your visit to the guest house, we credit you $1000 to cover your airfare. We offer financing but also offer a 5% discount for cash (non-financed) sales.
